A classic black & white wedding - Avie+Diego

Avie & Diego wanted something unique for their wedding film. They didn’t want cookie cutter or trendy – they wanted a video that was truly them.

So I built their wedding film around their shared love of jazz and a 1930’s New York aesthetic. Black and white. Romantic. Refined.

Avie was led down the altar in a stunning gown by Kleinfeld NYC. And Diego was in (happy) tears from the moment he saw her! The emotional moments did not stop there as Avie & Diego’s family and friends kept the waterworks flowing with touching speeches and toasts.

Aspen Hall in Bend, Oregon was the perfect location for such an elegant and timeless wedding, as they stood by the pond, looking lovingly into each others eyes. Set against the natural beauty of Central Oregon, their whole day felt refined, emotional, and deeply intentional from start to finish. 

From the very beginning, we knew their story deserved a visual style that reflected that passion. We crafted their wedding film in black and white to create a classic, old Hollywood feel, pairing it with a timeless jazz soundtrack that gave every moment depth and character. The result was a wedding video that feels less like a recap and more like a vintage love story unfolding on screen. Watch their full film below:
