The day began with Lola-Marie getting ready at home alongside her family. One of the most meaningful moments was watching her mother, Angelica, help her into her dress.
It was one of those moments that carries so much weight. The kind of memory that deserves to be preserved forever. And the dress itself looked incredible, setting the tone for everything that followed.
Church Ceremony
Before the celebration began, Lola-Marie’s quinceañera started with a traditional church ceremony, grounding the day in faith, gratitude, and family. These ceremonies are always some of the most meaningful parts of a quinceañera, marking the transition into a new chapter of life with intention and reflection.
Surrounded by family and friends, Lola-Marie took part in traditions that have been passed down for generations. It was a quiet, powerful contrast to the energy of the reception later in the day, and a reminder of what the celebration is truly about. A Beautiful Celebration
The reception took place at The Aerie at Eagle Landing, one of the most scenic event spaces in the Portland area. With its elevated views and elegant interior, it created the perfect backdrop for a celebration of this scale.
As guests arrived and the room filled with anticipation, you could feel that this wasn’t going to be just any party. The traditional choreographed dances were incredible. From the formal waltz to the high-energy group performances, each dance was carefully planned and practiced, telling its own part of Lola-Marie’s story. These moments brought together tradition, culture, and personality in a way that felt both timeless and uniquely hers. A Dance Floor Like No Other
