The day started with one of the most touching father-daughter first looks we’ve ever filmed. Rachael gifted her dad a custom tie, adorned with a photo of the two of them from when she was a child. The reaction? Pure emotion—no words needed – and the perfect moment to add to their wedding film. It set the tone for a day filled with beautiful, quiet moments.
Another standout detail: Rachael’s wedding sneakers, customized with “Mrs.” and heart-shaped soles. A perfect reflection of her creative personality—and comfortable too!
Before the ceremony, Rachael and Mathew shared private vows during their first look, nestled in the fields beneath the wide Central Oregon sky. With only our cameras (and the soft rustle of the wind) as witness, it was an intimate exchange that set their wedding apart.

A Wedding Full of Emotion and Meaning
By the time the ceremony began at Rainshadow Organics in Sisters, Oregon, it was clear that this love was felt by everyone there. As they spoke their vows again before their friends and family, there wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd. These moments—the way they held each other’s hands, the soft tears, the joy on their guests’ faces—are exactly why wedding videography means more than just pretty footage, it’s about telling a story.
As the sun dipped lower, the evening flowed into heartfelt speeches, laughter, and dancing. Rachael’s maid of honor, Tabi, gave a toast that had everyone smiling through tears:
“I’ve had the absolute honor of calling Rachael my best friend for 10 years now. From early on I knew that Matt was going to work out. He challenged her in a loving way that pushed them both to commit and build something strong together…So let’s raise our glasses. To Rachael & Matt, cheers to you both, we love you.”
